St. Cross Christian formation classes for all ages will start back up on Sept.14th, 2025. All are welcome! Please make sure to fill out the attached Registration and Medical Release Forms by Sept.10th.  Below is a breakdown of our classes: 

• Nursery: Infants – Age 2
• Godly Play (Atrium 1):  Age 3 – Kindergarten
• Godly Play (Atrium 2): 1st – 3rd Grade
• Upper Room:  4th-6th Grade
• Youth Group: 7th-12th Grade

Sunday School Registration & Medical and Photo Release Form

Sunday School Registration – Forms Due by September 10

To ensure the safety and well-being of every child participating in Sunday School, two forms are required for each student:

1. Registration Form – Provides contact details, grade level, and class placement information.
2. Medical + Photo Release Form – Ensures we can respond appropriately in case of a medical need. It also includes a photo permission, where you can choose to opt in or out of allowing your child to be included in group photos used for church-related purposes.

Both forms must be submitted by September 10 in order for your child to participate in Sunday School.
