Logging into Realm

Here’s a quick guide to get you started logging into Realm, our church’s member database! Know that your login will give you access to your information, and you have control over all of your privacy settings.
The first thing you will do when you receive the invitation email is click on the link to register. This will take you to a page with a form that looks like this:

Here you will create a password, repeat the password and then click the checkbox that verifies you are a real-deal person. Click “Register” and you will be presented with a message to go check your email one more time:

So now you have one more link to click from your email. Log in with the email address and the password you just created.
Now, in order to verify that everything is in order, the system will ask you one more question, either your birthdate or your phone number. For phone number, any valid number we may have will do — just make sure it is 10 digits. And don’t worry about phone number formatting, the system will do that automatically.

If you enter your phone number correctly and it doesn’t verify, we may have your phone number wrong! Just send an email to connect@stcross.org with your correct phone number and we’ll get that settled — no need to continue logging in. Once we correct the number, we will email you back.
If all things check out, you’re in!

Take a look at your info and see if it’s all good. If you need to correct anything, just click on “Edit Profile.”

Make any necessary changes, and be sure to click “Save” at the bottom.
There’s also a tab for Personal Information that you can edit:

That’s up to you, but we do love knowing when your birthday is!
Finally, while we will discuss this further in another post, know that you can set your privacy settings by clicking the Privacy padlock under your name:

This will bring up the following options:

Again, we will go into further detail on this in the future as your selections here can affect your inclusion in any directory.
You will have the ability to track your giving and, soon, give online or set up automatic giving. More coming soon!
