4th - 6th grade students

Our upper elementary students study scripture through this lectionary-based curriculum from Sparkhouse Publishing. Each student receives a Connect bible from which they explore and their nurturing teachers familiarize them with the flow and structure of our holy texts. Supplemented with video presentations, games, and hands-on activities each student is guided through a basic understanding of scripture. They read and study the scripture, and then engage in a variety of activities, from cooking, to art, to social services – all of which incorporate the program themes. More and more, we rely on this group during our Christmas Pageant and they shine.
