Centering Prayer Group
Centering prayer is a silent form of prayer, beyond word and thoughts. All are welcome, instruction provided. Meets Wednesday mornings at 9:00 in the chapel.
It is the time of year again when the clergy lead a class through Lent and a few weeks beyond for those who would like to be confirmed, reaffirm their confirmation, or be received into the Episcopal Church. In short it is a class for anyone who would like to deepen their faith AND learn more about Episcopal views of scripture, liturgy, heaven and hell, and any other question you have. We will start the first Sunday of Lent, March 10 at 9 AM in Room 4 or 5, depending on the Sunday. Bring the questions you always wanted to ask, were too embarrassed to ask, or have never been answered to your satisfaction. We look forward to seeing you there!
Classes will be on March 10, 17, 24, 31, April 7, May 5, 19, and June 2.
