Need Help Hearing the Service?

We’ve got you covered! If your hearing aids use Bluetooth and connect to your phone, you can use your hearing aid (or earbuds if you don’t have hearing aids) for clear, direct sound with the ListenWIFI app. We will have some headphone sets arriving in the next few weeks if your hearing aids do not have Bluetooth capacity. Just follow the directions below when you are at St. Cross to get you ready to hear the service better.

How to Get Started:

Here’s how to get started:

1. When you are at St. Cross
2. Click here to download the ListenWIFI app directly on your phone, or scan the QR code blow to download.
3. Open the app and allow access to the local network.*
4. Go to your device’s Wi-Fi settings and connect to:
   • Network: StCrossALS
   • Password: stcrossepiscopal
5. Return to the app and search for local audio channels

*Please note: This listening system only works when you’re on the church’s local setting — so make sure you’re at St. Cross before connecting.

That’s it! You’ll be able to hear the service clearly, right through your own device.
