Thanksgiving Week

First and foremost, if you are traveling for the Thanksgiving Holiday we wish you traveling mercies.

Second, we have a few parishioners who can no longer drive and would like a ride to the 10 am service. If you would be willing to do this once a month, please let Rev. Josh or Rev. Rachel know.

Additionally, we have a lot going on at St. Cross these days. Preparations for the pageant are underway. THIS SUNDAY we will recognize our outreach ministries during our services and we will have a booth at the Hermosa for the Holidays fair. Rev. Josh could use some help Sunday afternoon and evening. This is important outreach for us. If you can help, please let him know. Next Sunday is the first Sunday of Advent, and the start to the new church year, and our Advent event for everyone!

Sunday, Dec. 5 we will have a mini-bazaar with a few select vendors after the 8 and 10 am service. And the MESSIAH concert will be that afternoon. We hope you will join us for both.

In the evening of Sunday, Dec. 12 we will have the Longest Night service. A time to honor feelings of sadness and loneliness around the holidays.

Sunday, Dec. 19 is the pageant, back in the church, with masks, and a few COVID adjustments. But it will be the pageant!

Many blessings to you and your families,
Rev. Rachel+
