Peace and Justice

The name says it all. The activities of P&J range from building houses, coordination the CROP walk, peace marches, and book groups to discuss the issues of peace and justice in our community and abroad.

P&J was the original sponsor of Family Promise, a ministry that St. Cross participates in for families who are temporarily homeless. Several of our members continue to volunteer to make dinner and stay overnight during the year for the families.

Peace & Justice remains fully aware and committed to the importance of reaching out and acknowledging the needs and views of all members of the congregation at the same time as we reach out to all members of our community and our global family.
