On the signup form, you will be required to agree to the below statement.
St. Cross COVID entry screening statement
In an effort to provide a safe environment for all, we ask that you certify that all the conditions below are met and will be met the day of your arrival at St. Cross for both you and anyone in your party. If you are unable or unwilling to complete this certification, you will not be permitted to come on campus.
I certify that:
- I have not had any of the following symptoms in the last 10 days: Fever (at or above 100.4°F; chills, cough, shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, new loss of taste or smell;
- I have not had contact with a person known to be infected with or suspected to have Covid-19 within the last 10 days;
- I am not currently subject to a quarantine or isolation order (including 7- or 10-day self-quarantine orders related to travel inside and outside the state of California);
